Do I need a tablet or any special device?
No. Your guests use their own phones: they point the camera at the QR code and the menu opens instantly, with no app to download. You manage everything from the phone, tablet or computer you already have.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel with one click from your dashboard. No contracts, no penalties, no calls trying to keep you. If you cancel, your menu goes back to the Basic plan and your link keeps working.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it never expires. The Basic plan includes one menu with up to 30 items, a QR code, WhatsApp ordering and unlimited price changes. It just carries a small “Made with Menu con Precios” credit at the bottom.
Do you take a commission on WhatsApp orders?
No, not on any plan. Your guest builds their order on the menu and sends it over WhatsApp straight to your number, with the items, quantities and total. The order and the payment are yours: they never go through us.
What happens to my QR code if I change the menu?
Nothing: the QR code always points to the same address. You can change prices, add dishes or redesign the whole menu and the codes you’ve already printed keep working. You only print once.
Do I have to enter the whole menu myself?
On the Basic and Pro plans, yes: the editor is built so you can copy and paste from your current menu in a few minutes. On Premium, we set up your menu for you from your PDF, a photo or a spreadsheet.
How do I pay, and which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. You can pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free. We issue invoices in your business’s name as soon as you send us your billing details.
Does it work if I have several locations?
Yes. The Premium plan supports up to 10 locations, each with its own menu, prices and QR code, all managed from the same account. Need more? Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Does my menu work without internet at the venue?
Guests need mobile data or Wi-Fi to open it the first time. After that the menu is cached on their phone, so it loads instantly even on a weak signal. We recommend offering guest Wi-Fi.
