For hotels

Room service, restaurant and pool in one digital menu

Guests shouldn’t have to dig through the nightstand drawer to find out what’s for dinner. With a digital menu, every outlet in your hotel has its own menu, in the guest’s language and with today’s prices.

What changes

Four headaches you leave behind

  • Room service binders with prices from two years ago

Update prices once and they’re corrected in every room at the same time. No more hand-written fixes or complaints at the front desk.

  • International guests who can’t understand the menu

The menu displays in the language set on the guest’s phone. Nobody has to ask for “the menu in English.”

  • Every outlet with its own format

Restaurant, pool, bar and room service share the same look and level of detail, all managed from a single account.

  • Reprinting binders for every room

One QR code on the nightstand, one in the elevator and one by the pool. The cost of updating the menu stops being multiplied by your room count.

Built for your kind of business

The features you will actually use

  • Automatic bilingual menus

The menu detects the phone’s language and shows the matching version. You write both versions just once.

  • Multiple outlets

Each outlet has its own menu, hours and prices, but every one carries the hotel’s brand.

  • Hours by service

Breakfast from 7 to 11, 24-hour room service, pool service until 6. Each menu shows up exactly when it should.

  • Team permissions

Let the chef edit the restaurant menu and the bar manager edit theirs, without touching anything else.

How it works

Your menu online in three steps

No designer, no print shop, nothing to install. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.

  1. 01

Sign up and add your brand

Upload your logo, pick your colors and add your business name. Your menu looks like yours from minute one.

  2. 02

    Add your dishes and prices

Create categories, add photos and descriptions, flag what’s vegan or spicy. Copy and paste straight from your current menu.

  3. 03

Download your QR code and you’re live

Print the code for your tables or share the link on WhatsApp and Instagram. The QR never changes, even when your menu does.

Advice from people who have done it

What makes the difference

  1. 1

One QR code on the nightstand, another on the desk

Guests decide lying down or sitting, not standing around looking for the binder. Two codes per room cost the same as one.

  2. 2

    Translate what really matters

Dish name, allergens and price. A poetic description translated badly is worth less than one clear sentence.

  3. 3

Show the service charge on the menu

If room service carries an extra charge, say so on the menu. It’s the number one cause of complaints at the front desk, and writing it down solves it.

“We have four outlets and forty rooms. Changing a price meant reprinting forty binders. Now it’s a text field.”

Questions answered

Questions from hotels & room service

Can I manage multiple properties from one account?

Yes. The Premium plan supports up to 10 locations, each with its own menus, prices and QR codes, all under the same account with per-user permissions.

How many languages can the menu be in?

From the Pro plan up, your menu can be in two languages. If a hotel with guests from many regions needs more, the Premium plan allows it: get in touch and we’ll set it up with you.

Do guests need to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi?

Not necessarily: it works on their mobile data or on Wi-Fi. Because the menu is so lightweight, it opens quickly even on congested hotel networks.
