A QR code should be at least 3 cm wide to scan comfortably from a seat; on these cards it is about 6 cm. Place them where guests look when they sit down, not behind the napkin holder.
A line that says what they will find (“see the menu and prices”) works better than a bare QR code. And if the link points to a digital menu, you will never reprint the card when your prices change.
