For dark kitchens
Your own direct sales channel, so you’re not relying on delivery apps alone
A dark kitchen has no dining room, no menus on tables and no sign on the street. Its menu lives on delivery apps, under their rules and their commissions. Your own digital menu gives you a link that belongs to you: customers order directly on WhatsApp and you keep the whole sale.

What changes
Four headaches you leave behind
-
App commissions eat into your margin
Delivery app commissions typically run between 20% and 35% per order. With your own menu, customers who already know you order on WhatsApp and you pay no commission on that order.
-
No dining room, no physical menu
Your menu is a link that looks great on any phone, with photos, descriptions and prices. It’s your shop window, even if nobody ever walks into your kitchen.
-
Several virtual brands from the same kitchen
Each brand gets its own menu, identity and link, all managed from a single account. Your burger customers don’t need to see your bowls.
-
Stock changes faster than your app listings
Mark an item as sold out from your phone and it disappears from your menu instantly. Nobody orders what you can no longer make.
Built for your kind of business
The features you will actually use
-
Commission-free WhatsApp orders
Customers build their order, choose pickup or delivery and tap “Send order via WhatsApp”. It reaches your number with every item, the notes and the total.
-
Several brands, one account
With the Premium plan you manage up to 10 locations with unlimited menus: each virtual brand with its own menu, prices and QR code.
-
One link for your bio
Put your menu on Instagram, TikTok and your WhatsApp status. Anyone who finds you on social media orders directly, without going through an app.
-
Sold out in one tap
Ran out of today’s protein? Sort it in a second. Your menu always reflects what you can actually make.
-
See what gets viewed
Find out which items get opened most and at what times. Use it to decide what to push on your direct channel.
How it works
Your menu online in three steps
No designer, no print shop, nothing to install. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.
- 01
Sign up and add your brand
Upload your logo, pick your colors and add your business name. Your menu looks like yours from minute one.
- 02
Add your dishes and prices
Create categories, add photos and descriptions, flag what’s vegan or spicy. Copy and paste straight from your current menu.
- 03
Download your QR code and you’re live
Print the code for your tables or share the link on WhatsApp and Instagram. The QR never changes, even when your menu does.
Advice from people who have done it
What makes the difference
- 1
Slip a QR flyer into every bag
App orders are your best chance to win direct customers. A flyer with your QR code and an incentive for the next order turns a commission-paying sale into a commission-free customer.
- 2
Make your direct price slightly better than the apps
If you raise prices on the apps to absorb the commission, you can offer the real price on your direct channel. It’s the clearest reason for customers to message you instead.
- 3
One brand, one link
Don’t mix your virtual brands into a single menu. Each one with its own link, name and style is easier to remember and gets shared more.
- 4
List your delivery area, hours and delivery time
With no storefront to visit, your menu header is your counter: the neighborhoods you cover, kitchen hours and how long an order takes.
Questions answered
Questions from dark kitchens
Can I run several virtual brands from one account?
Yes. The Premium plan supports up to 10 locations with unlimited menus, so each brand can have its own menu, prices, design and QR code, all managed from the same account with per-user permissions.
Do you charge a commission on WhatsApp orders?
No. You pay for your plan and orders reach your number with no middleman. To compare against delivery apps, whose commissions typically run between 20% and 35%, see our guide to running your own delivery vs. using apps.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
Not at all. Many dark kitchens stay on the apps to win new customers and use their own menu so repeat customers order directly. We show you how in our guide to WhatsApp ordering for restaurants.
Who handles delivery?
You do. The order reaches you on WhatsApp with the customer’s notes and whether it’s pickup or delivery; you deliver it with your own driver or the courier service you already use.
Which plan is right for me?
If you run a single brand, the Pro plan gives you unlimited items, your own colors and no branding from us. If you run several brands from the same kitchen, the Premium plan is the one. Compare everything on our pricing page.
