For pizzerias
Clear sizes, toppings and deals, with orders landing straight in your WhatsApp
At a pizzeria the phone never stops: how much is the family size, can I get half Hawaiian, is the two-for-one on today? A QR code digital menu answers all of that before they call, and customers send you their order ready to go on WhatsApp.

What changes
Four headaches you leave behind
-
Reading out sizes and prices over the phone again and again
Small, medium, large and family size, each with its own price, on the same pizza. Customers see it for themselves and call, or message, already knowing what they want.
-
Extra toppings priced “depending on the day”
List every extra with its price just once: extra cheese, stuffed crust, mushrooms. No more arguments at the till, and the bill always adds up.
-
Phone orders written down wrong
Customers build their order in the menu, with quantities, notes like “half pepperoni, half Hawaiian” and whether it’s pickup or delivery. It reaches you on WhatsApp fully written out, with the total.
-
Nobody hears about the Tuesday deal
The Tuesday two-for-one or the weekend combo shows up on the menu exactly on the day it applies. Anyone who opens your menu finds the deal, not an old flyer.
Built for your kind of business
The features you will actually use
-
Commission-free WhatsApp orders
Customers tap “Send order via WhatsApp” and a chat opens with your number, the itemized order and the total. You confirm and take payment as usual, with no fee per order.
-
Sizes and extras with prices
Each pizza with its sizes and extra toppings, each one priced. No need to create four products for the same pizza.
-
Deals by day and time
Schedule the Tuesday two-for-one or the midnight combo and the menu shows it only when it applies, without anyone having to remember.
-
Photos that make people hungry
A good shot of a pizza fresh out of the oven sells better than any description. Every item gets its own photo.
-
One link to order from anywhere
The same link goes in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status and on every pizza box. Anyone who wants a repeat order knows exactly where to go.
How it works
Your menu online in three steps
No designer, no print shop, nothing to install. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.
- 01
Sign up and add your brand
Upload your logo, pick your colors and add your business name. Your menu looks like yours from minute one.
- 02
Add your dishes and prices
Create categories, add photos and descriptions, flag what’s vegan or spicy. Copy and paste straight from your current menu.
- 03
Download your QR code and you’re live
Print the code for your tables or share the link on WhatsApp and Instagram. The QR never changes, even when your menu does.
Advice from people who have done it
What makes the difference
- 1
Put the QR code on the box
A sticker on the lid of every box turns tonight’s pizza into next week’s order. It’s right in front of your customer while they eat.
- 2
Build combos around your best margins
A large pizza, a soft drink and a side at a round price. Work out the cost of each item before you set the combo price so you don’t give away your profit.
- 3
One deal per day, not five at once
Two-for-one Tuesdays, free stuffed crust Thursdays. One clear deal a day gets remembered; five deals at once get ignored.
- 4
Spell out your delivery area and fee
Neighborhoods you cover, delivery fee and estimated time, right in the menu header. It’s the question that holds up delivery orders the most.
Questions answered
Questions from pizzerias
How do WhatsApp orders work?
Customers pick their pizzas in the menu, with size, quantity and notes, and choose pickup or delivery. When they tap “Send order via WhatsApp”, a chat opens with your number and the order already written out, with the total. You confirm, take payment and send it out as usual. We explain it in detail in our resources.
Do you charge a commission per order?
No. You pay for your plan and that’s it: orders reach your WhatsApp with no middleman. Delivery app commissions typically run between 20% and 35% per order; if you want to compare the numbers, see our guide to running your own delivery vs. using apps.
Can I offer half-and-half pizzas?
Yes. The simplest way is for customers to list both flavors in the order notes, while you explain in the description how it’s priced, for example at the price of the more expensive one. That way it’s clear before the order comes in.
How do I price a combo without losing money?
Add up the cost of each component and compare it with the selling price. Our food cost calculator helps you do it in a minute, and the menu profitability matrix tells you which pizzas are worth pushing in your combos.
Which plan do I need?
For a short menu you can start free on the Basic plan. If you have more than 30 items, want your own colors or need to schedule deals by day, the Pro plan is the one. Compare everything on our pricing page.
